You will be able to navigate the Primavera P6 interface, and view, and understand the different interfaces of the Primavera P6 software.

Creating project schedules:

You will learn how to create projects schedule from scratch and update project schedules with work progress Learners should be able to create project schedules using Primavera P6, including defining project tasks and their dependencies, assigning resources to tasks, and creating baselines for project tracking.

Project progress report:

Learners should be able to analyze project performance using Primavera P6, including identifying project risks, analyzing schedule variances, and using earned value management techniques to monitor project progress. Analyze and send project performance reports to the project team.
